Fellows are asked to mention a specific module. We keep mild reservations in public. A studio that only publishes glow is usually selling a dashboard, not a reading habit.
I came in wanting a faster way to call tests. Daniel’s Cohort Grammar desk did the opposite. We now wait for late events on purpose. My VP still finds that annoying.

A four-person payments team joined Atelier Residency with a “+7% checkout completion” result they were about to present to the board. Signal Lab’s assignment-before-metric week showed that 18% of the treatment group still received the control screen from a disk cache keyed only on user id, not on flag version.
They did not ship the variant. They rewrote the cache key, re-ran a two-week holdout, and later published a much smaller, real lift on a secondary step. The board meeting was quieter. The instrumentation is still in use.

A Chiang Mai product pair took Bench Cohort after three consecutive tests “died” during Songkran. The cadence note from our journal — store review lags and holiday freezes — became their planning artefact. They stopped launching variants in the ten days before major Thai holidays.
Nothing about their SDK changed. Their argument quality did. They still disagree with us on how long ATT consent delay should block a metric window; we documented that disagreement in their limitation section rather than pretending consensus.
