Eligibility
Refunds are available only for seats that have been invoiced and paid. Informal interest, waitlist notes, or unconfirmed holds are not refundable because no fee has been taken.

Refund policy
This policy applies to confirmed Cache Nodecore program fees invoiced by the studio. This website does not take payment. Last updated 12 March 2026.
Timeframe
A full refund may be requested in writing up to fourteen (14) calendar days before the first scheduled session of Bench Cohort or Atelier Residency. Open Ledger full refunds may be requested within seven (7) calendar days of payment if recorded lectures have not been accessed.
Full and partial refunds
If you cancel between thirteen and five days before the first live session, we refund 50% of the program fee. Inside five days, or after the first session has begun, fees are not refunded except where the studio cancels the program. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or, at your choice, a transfer to a later cycle.
Non-refundable items
Third-party venue costs separately itemised on an invoice, custom travel arranged by your organisation, and additional observer seats already used are not refundable. Alumni ledger-hour access granted after a completed residency is not separately refundable.
Refund process
Write to info@cache-nodecore.digital with the invoice number, participant names, and reason. The desk acknowledges within two working days and confirms the amount under this policy.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the same method used for payment, usually a Thai bank transfer, within fifteen (15) working days after approval. We do not refund in cash at the Pranakhon studio.
Cancellation by the fellow
A named participant may be substituted at no charge up to three days before the first session. Substitution after that date is at the studio’s discretion because materials may already be prepared for the original name.
Exceptions
Serious illness, bereavement, or a documented force majeure event affecting Bangkok travel may be considered outside the standard windows. We ask for reasonable evidence and decide in writing. Statutory rights under Thai consumer law, where they apply, are not limited by this page.
